6. Installation Contracts

Solar installations are subject to separate written contracts that outline specific terms, pricing, warranties, payment schedules, and installation timelines. These website Terms of Service do not replace installation contracts.

7. Permits and Approvals

Solar installations require various permits, inspections, and utility approvals. While we handle permit applications on your behalf, approval timelines and requirements are controlled by third-party authorities. Project timelines may be affected by permit and approval processes.

8. Property Access

If you proceed with installation, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property for site assessments, installations, inspections, and maintenance as outlined in your installation contract.

9. Financing and Payment

If you choose financing options, separate terms will apply from the financing provider. You are responsible for understanding financing terms, interest rates, payment schedules, and your obligations under any financing agreement.

10. Equipment Warranties

Solar equipment comes with manufacturer warranties. We facilitate warranty claims but manufacturer warranty terms are separate from our installation services. Review equipment warranty documentation carefully.

11. System Performance

12. Cancellation

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Installation contract cancellation terms will be outlined in your separate installation agreement and may be subject to cancellation fees depending on project stage.
